SHIPPING POLICY

We offer limited shipping for our Smash Cakes within New Zealand using overnight courier services.

Because our cakes are fresh, perishable and beautifully iced, we follow strict packing and shipping guidelines to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Shipping Days

To protect product quality we only ship on:

MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY

No Thursday–Sunday shipping to avoid weekend delays.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are sent via overnight courier.

Delivery is typically 1 business day.

Rural addresses may take longer - please check before ordering.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times once the parcel is with the courier.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

North Island (recommended for best reliability).

South Island (available, but may experience longer transit times).

Packaging and Handling

Your cake is packed with:

A sturdy cake box.

Internal padding to prevent movement.

A chill pack.

An insulated courier bag or chill box.

Perishable and keep upright labels.

Cakes are shipped fresh and chilled.

Customer Responsibilities

Someone must be home to receive the parcel.

Cakes must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

Customer accepts risk of minor cosmetic imperfections due to courier handling.

We do not refund for delays caused by the courier, weather or incorrect address.

Our Promise

We take every possible step to ensure your cake arrives safely and beautifully.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery is outside our control - but remember we pack with care, love and plenty of protection.
