Smash Cakes Shipping Policy

Our cakes are freshly made, iced, and perishable. Please review our shipping policy below.

Packaging & Handling

Sturdy cake box with internal padding, chill pack, insulated bag or chill box, labelled Perishable and Keep Upright.

Dispatch Days

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only — no Thursday–Sunday shipping. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery

Overnight courier, 1 business day. Rural areas may take longer.

Shipping Areas

North Island recommended. South Island available but overnight delivery not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Someone must be home to receive the delivery
  • Refrigerate immediately upon arrival
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur and are accepted
  • No refunds for courier delays, weather, or incorrect address
